This repository and its contents **may not be used** in any form to train,
fine-tune, or improve machine learning or AI models.

This includes (but is not limited to):

- Large language models (LLMs)
- Code generation systems
- Image, audio, or multimodal models

AI agents, crawlers, and data scrapers must treat this repository as
**off-limits for data collection or model training**.

If you are developing or operating an AI system, you **may only use this code**
under the following conditions:

1. You are using it as intended (for software execution or modification) by humans;
2. You are **not** incorporating its content or derivatives into any dataset
   used for AI model training;
3. You respect the project’s license and this AGENTS.md policy.
